What is Wanndi?

Wanndi is an all-in-one software to run your business: couriers, shop and stock, transport and freight, VTC/taxi vehicle fleet. Everything is in a single dashboard, built for African SMEs — to replace the notebook and scattered WhatsApp messages.
Who is Wanndi for?

For managers of small and medium businesses: delivery companies, shops, carriers, taxi or VTC fleet owners. Whether you have one courier or several teams, Wanndi adapts to your size.
Do I need to install anything?

On the manager side, nothing to install: Wanndi runs in your browser, on phone or computer. Your drivers and couriers install the Wanndi mobile app (see the App section).
Where does Wanndi work?

Wanndi is built for Africa and works anywhere you have Internet. Payments and currencies are adapted to the region (FCFA, Mobile Money, and more over time).
What are Wanndi's modules?

Wanndi brings together four modules you enable as needed: Courier management, Shop & Stock, Freight & Transport, and VTC/Taxi fleet. Each turns on independently, with its own free version to start.
What does the Courier management module do?
▾
Organise all your deliveries in one place: create and track parcels, assign to couriers, routes, real-time statuses, delivery proofs and payouts. You always know who delivers what, and how much each courier owes you.
What does the Shop & Stock module do?
▾
Manage your catalogue, your stock (by variant and by warehouse), your orders and sales. Track ins/outs, transfers between warehouses, expenses and your real profit — with low-stock alerts and Excel export.
What does the Freight & Transport module do?
▾
Drive your shipments and trips, from pickup to delivery: assign vehicles and drivers, track warehouse passages, invoicing and transport documents. Ideal for logistics and goods transport.
What does the VTC / Taxi fleet module do?

Track your vehicles and drivers: daily takings, payouts, vehicle documents (insurance, inspection, tax sticker) and their deadlines, maintenance and fines. You keep an eye on each vehicle's profitability.
Can I enable just one module?

Yes. Each module — Couriers, Shop, Freight, Fleet — turns on independently. Your bill equals the sum of the tiers you pick.
Is there a free plan?

Yes, each module has a free version to get started. You upgrade whenever you need to, with no commitment.
Can I change tier later?
▾
Yes, any time. You move from one tier to another as your business grows, without losing your data.
What's the difference between tiers?
▾
Each module has three tiers — Free, Essentiel and Pro — unlocking progressively more features and capacity. Details are in the Pricing section of the home page.
How does payment work?

Online payment for your subscription is by Mobile Money (Orange Money, etc.) or bank card. Your modules are activated immediately after payment.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Mobile Money and bank card, through a secure payment platform. More operators are added over time.
Do I get an invoice?
▾
Yes. An invoice is generated automatically for each payment, which you can view and download from your workspace.
Is there a lock-in period?
▾
No. You pay as you go, and you can stop or change tier whenever you want.
Is there a mobile app?
▾
Yes. Your drivers and couriers install the Wanndi mobile app: they see their jobs or daily takings, update statuses, collect payment and attach delivery proof.
How do my couriers access the app?

You grant access in one click from your workspace, with a simple code. No complicated sign-up on their side.
Does the app work offline?
▾
Yes. Even offline, your couriers can work: everything syncs automatically once the network is back.
Which phones does the app run on?
▾
The app is available on Android. The iPhone (iOS) version is coming soon.
Do I own my data?
▾
Yes, entirely. All your data belongs to you and stays private: each company sees only its own, never anyone else's. You can export it to Excel or PDF at any time.
Is my data safe?
▾
Yes. Your data is hosted securely, backed up automatically every day, and all communications with our servers are encrypted (HTTPS).
Can I export my data?
▾
Yes, any time, to Excel or PDF. Your data is never sold or shared.
